Challenge:
CEO of the company had to provide 3 top management redundancies and ensure they had the best chance of finding a new job - each had a mean tenure of 15 years.
Solution:
Provide each professional with a tailored design CV that highlights achievements in a clear chronological order to ensure that the interviewer can understand and ask more result-driven questions.
Result -
From meeting, interviewing one-on-one, and extracting the relevant information out of each candidate, a tailored CV was designed, checked, and ready for market use.
All three have been placed into corporate environments and are now clients of K3C.
Private Equity Client
Mission:
Find an Investment Director within a budget of $200,000 USD
Challenge:
As this role was based in Singapore, Asia - the market average salary for candidates of 15 years and above exceeded salary expectations.
Solution:
Source candidates who did not work at the top 10 PE firms in Singapore and also target the candidates who could progress into this level looking for a new bigger challenge.
Result -
New candidates pipelined for the client, from the 35 candidates spoken to 6 candidates screened, presented, and represented by K3C - 6 interviews, 4 second round interviews, and finally a female Singaporean professional with 12 years of experience finalized.
